This training module explains the three methods your system supports for receiving faxes: Email attachment, Website download, and FTP delivery. Each method has its benefits and drawbacks, impacting convenience and security. Email attachments provide the easiest access but are less secure. Website downloads offer better security but require more steps to retrieve faxes. FTP delivery balances convenience and security, storing faxes on your network like other files. Learn how to access and manage your received faxes effectively and understand the retention policy for faxes.
