Improving Staff Training Attendance and Satisfaction Goals

This initiative aims to ensure that at least 70% of administrative and technical staff (excluding new hires) participate in registered training programs for a minimum of 7 days per year. Additionally, we strive to achieve at least 80% satisfaction levels from participants for each training program. This will enhance skills, knowledge, and overall job satisfaction, contributing to a more proficient and motivated workforce.
