  2. Dues • New members pay dues to Victoria • Must pay before getting… • T-Shirt • VIP card • $145 made out to Eta Sigma Gamma

  3. February Bulletin Board • Vote!! • Immunization needed at different age groups • How much caffeine is helpful and at what point does it become counterproductive? • If you are interested in volunteering the sign up sheet will be at the front after meeting!

  4. Service Award • 2013 Margaret Rudder Community Service Award Application Open • Winners receive up to $500 • Ceremony during Parents Weekend • It is a great way to represent ESG! • To nominate people go to: studentactivities.tamu.edu/mrcsa • Can nominate people until February 14th!

  5. Professional Development • Next meeting (February 12th) • Research Point! • Speakers from various job fields presenting • You will go around and talk/ask questions to each of them!

  6. PDIE continued • Be looking out for an email next week about the different speakers • We want each of you to have questions ready to ask them (We will be checking them!) • We are going to email out a rubric and example questions to use as a guideline

  7. Photographers needed • We want to document the chapters events! • Going to be looking for two different people for each event to take pictures • You get a service point! • Sign up to take pictures at PDIE after the meeting

  8. Public Service Announcement • Teaching Point! • Will create a PSA screensaver • Going to display it around campus as well as above the ESG bulletin board! • Can work in pairs • If interested the sign up sheet is up front!

  9. Speakers at meetings • Plan on having speakers at meetings • Give a short presentation about something related to the health field • If you have someone in mind who you think would be beneficial for everyone to hear let us know! It could get you a research point!

  10. Health Classes Google Doc • Be on the look out for a google doc next week! • Going to be able to put your name/contact information under various classes • Hopefully allows people to study together/get notes etc!

  11. Recap • New members pay your dues after meeting! • Sign up for: • Bulletin board • PSA • Speakers at meetings • Take photographs at PDIE • Look for emails about: • Speakers/Questions for PDIE • Google Doc for health classes
