KX-TVM Application Parameter : Overflow immediately when All Logout Value : “Disable” / “Enable (Queuing Busy Destination)” Default : “Enable (Queuing Busy Destination)” Destination is sameas Queuing busy.   6. 2. Automatic Log-out for Last agent CallCenter Last logout works for automatic logout as well as manuallogout. Even when last agent forgets log-out operation andgo home, automatic log-out works.<Programming>- Last log-out has to be enabled. - Automatic log-out has to be enabled. (3 times for example) *) 1 time is recommended because the agent must be absent and cannot answer next incoming call again.) - Extension no answer timer has to be programmed. (20 s for example) KX-TVM Application For example,1. Ext 101 is last log-in.2. ICD calls comes to Ext 101.3. No answer for 20s but call is kept on Ext 101 because no other log-in member.4. No answer for more 20s + 20s. (Total 60s) => Automatic logout because 3 times time-out.Or 4. 1st call is lost after 20s. 2nd call rings for 40s.=> Automatic log-out because 3 times time-out. - System reserved bit can disable this improvement. Default is enabled. Disable = Same as version 5 or before (Automatic log-out works when call is moved to other extension for programmed times.)

When COS is disabled, LCD is same as version 5. <Condition>- This feature works even when DSS key is pressed during talking for transfer.- When extension 101 makes a outgoing call, name is NOT displayed. Only number is displayed.- This feature does not work for conference call including 2-way recording using TVM.- This feature does not work for network extension.

When COS is disabled, LCD is same as version 5. Version 6 Improvement Do not press DSS key againif not important call.VM will answer byFwd or Intercept. KX-TVM - Other operations such as call back busy are also available at step 2.

  10. 5. Hotel Numbering Plan Hospitality Duplicated extension numbering for hotel is provided by system reserved bit. All by Panasonic InGuest room <Room No. = Extension No.>Dial 101 + Time Out to call Ext 101Dial 1011 to call Ext 1011 Solution using version 5 or before is Ext 7101 for room 101 and Ext 1101 for room 1011 for example.<One digit call>Dial 3 + Time Out to call extension 3 for room service.Dial 301 to call extension 301 for room 301. for Employee 5s is recommended.

  11. 6. Message & Caller ID SLT Card for TDE600 Hospitality KX-TDE600 supports KX-TDA6179(24-port SLT card with Message waiting and Caller ID). SLT card configuration forTDE600 with Power-L is as follows. MSW MSWCaller ID KX-TVM KX-T7716 DECT <Conditions>- Power-L is required for new KX-TDA6179. (Same as KX-TDA6178)- MEC card is NOT required for new KX-TDA6179. (Same as KX-TDA6178)- 4 PFT (Power Failure Transfer) ports are supported. (Same as TDA6178)- TDA and TDE100-200 do NOT support new KX-TDA6179. (Same as TDA6178) - KX-TDE600 does not support KX-TDA1178/1176 card.- Message waiting specification is same as KX-TDA1178/1176 card.- Caller ID specification is same as KX-TDA1178/1176 card.

  12. 7. Trunk Group Access Order OtherImprove Trunk group access order can be programmed for ARS carrier. Current parameter is kept as 5th and later priority. New parameter is added.- Max.4 priority.- Default is None. <Programming Example>- TRG7 for Priority 1- TRG3 for Priority 2- None for Priority 3 and 4- TRG1-4 on current parameter Result of priority is as follows. TRG7 > TRG3 > TRG4 > TRG2 > TRG1 This order is same as TDE-NCP version 5.

Trunk Group Access Order for Tenant OtherImprove <User’s Request>When incoming call from TRG1 is for tenant A, and incoming call from TRG2 is for tenant B, tenant A uses TRG1 for outgoing call also and Tenant B uses for TRG2 for outgoing call also.But TRG2 should be allowed for Tenant A as 2nd priority of outgoing call,when all CO in TRG1 are occupied. And TRG1 should be allowed for Tenant B as 2nd priority of outgoing call,when all CO in TRG2 are occupied. TelephoneCompany <Setting and Operation>(1) Incoming call is answered by VM.(2) The call is transferred to extension.(3) Extension has already set intercept to VM (mailbox). (1) (2) Caller (3) KX-TVM Ext 101 : MikeDot Not Disturb Ext 102 <Specification>When extension sets DND intercept does not work, if PBX and VM is connected by one port (2-ch). This is improved by version 6.
