  5. Embedded Social Interactions • Promoted throughout the day during: circle time, small group, center rotations • Students are taught to utilize facilitative social and communicative initiations with peers

  6. Classroom Behavior Management • Used for behavior • Promote good citizenship in the classroom – helpful friend, nice words etc. • Peers set examples for other peers to follow • Self monitoring

  7. Individual Behavior Management • Individual reinforcement systems based on student preferences • Used for same reasons as classroom behavior management

  8. Communication • Individualized communication assistance • Peer to peer communication

  9. Schedules • Classroom schedule • Individual schedules

  10. Visual Supports At Centers • Available in centers to promote communication with peers. • Help students understand the expectations in the center

  12. Planning and Organization • Roles of adults in the classroom are specified • Documentation is take by all teacher/paraprofessionals in the class • Documentation travels with student to areas in the classroom
