Car Rental Industry • We continue to operate in a very competitive market place • Consolidation continues – Hertz/DTG; ABG acquires Zip & Payless • Car residual values down w/ car sales being down – impacts on RACs • Q1 2013 – Good Growth (+8%) led by commercial segment • Q2 2013 business growth slowed, commercial trending to flat • Sequester is drag on commercial business & government business • Headwinds in Europe continue • Next growth opportunity is off-airport – • 53% of US drivers have not rented a car in the last 18 months
