  8. Morale and Welfare Services Fees Some morale and welfare programs are available on a fee-for-service basis. For these programs, the fees charged to the participant depends on their relationship to the military community, with serving CAF members paying the lowest fees, and members of the broader CAF community paying a bit more, but still at very competitive rates. Examples of these programs include: • Recreation programs • Messes • Specialty interest activities such as golf, curling and sailing

Speciality Interest Activities • These programs are open to RCMP Veterans when space is available. • Golf: Programs include Junior Golf, Men’s and Ladies Leagues, Get GolfReady, Tee It Forward, Take a Kid to the Course, Future Links, and First tee. 14 locations across Canada and 7 social clubs using civilian courses: Borden, Cold Lake, Comox, Greenwood, Halifax, Kingston, Oromocto, Ottawa, Petawawa, Edmonton, Shilo, Trenton, Valcartier, Winnipeg – Chilliwack, Esquimalt, Gander, GooseBay, Moose Jaw, St. Jean, Suffield • Marinas and Sailing: Programs include sailing and boating courses as well as events and regattas for all age and skill levels.   21. Shopping and Retail Services Operates 40 outlets on Bases/Wings across Canada, 167 local concessions offering additional goods/services. No Interest Credit Plan: 12, 24 or 36 month plans (No money down, not even the taxes), 12 month payment plan: no hidden handling or administration fees (24 months: 2% ; 36 months: 3%)

Soldier On Program Empowers retired and serving members of the CAF with an illness or injury (visible or non-visible) to accept their new normal by adopting an active lifestyle through participation in physical, recreational or sporting activities. Reintroduction to an active lifestyle helps them: • Develop new skills; • Build confidence in their abilities; • Realize their full potential. Total of 756 CAF members supported by Soldier On Activities: Saddle Up Soldier On – RCMP Equestrian Camp in Ottawa, National Golf Camp in Toronto, Big BattleField Bike Ride in Belgium/UK, Canada Army Run in Ottawa, etc.
