  1. COMO SE DEBE REALIZAR LA GESTION DE CAMBIO • Para nadie es desconocido que a diario se presentan diferentes tipos de conflicto en las empresas, algunos de tipo personal y otros de tipo laboral. La idea es que el líder sea capaz de manejar y plantear soluciones a los conflictos que se presentan. El manejo de conflictos debe ser una habilidad del líder de la organización. • Para ello no sólo debe ejercer su voz de autoridad, sino también manejar buenos procesos de comunicación interna, tener un poder de negociación y plantear estrategias que le permitan resolver las dificultades. Aunque también es cierto que puede ocurrir que no todos los conflictos sean perjudiciales para la organización, si no se manejan bien puede entorpecer el trabajo de todos y afectar el cumplimiento de las metas.
