  2. Agenda • Preview the new RTF online proposal form • Review the UES design checklists for the measures approved at the September 18-19 RTF Meeting • 2013 work plan - $50K budget • Next Steps

Online Proposal Submission Form • Purpose: Intake mechanism for proposing new measures and/or modifying existing measures or specs • Lends transparency to RTF operations by creating a record and removes staff from “screening” measures • Small/Rural – provides a clear path and instructions for proposing measures and small savers

  4. UES Design Checklist • Review the UES design checklists for the measures approved at the September 18-19 RTF Meeting • Res SF Variable Speed HP Upgrade • Res MF EnergyStar Home • Res SF Variable Speed HP Conversion • Res DHW • Res SF Clothes Washers

  5. S/R 2013 Work Plan - $50,000 • Outline and Prioritize Tasks for 2013 • Identify budget items • Potential Tasks • Follow-up to small commercial schools measures • “GrocerSmart” approach for small health care • Develop MH decommissioning measure • “RanchSmart” or “SmartDude” • T-12 to T-8 (no budget – shld be done in 2012) • Regional appliance website/rebate (check w/ BPA)

  6. Next Steps: • November 9, 11am-1pm via webconference • PECI to present final proposed commercial school measures • Review XX measures approved by the RTF at its October 24-25 and November 14 meetings • Finalize 2013 subcommittee work plan
