Online Proposal Submission Form • Purpose: Intake mechanism for proposing new measures and/or modifying existing measures or specs • Lends transparency to RTF operations by creating a record and removes staff from “screening” measures • Small/Rural – provides a clear path and instructions for proposing measures and small savers
