  2. Institutions Comparison For each country you will need to know the formal and informal powers of the different institutions and how they relate to each other and the citizens. You will also be expected to be able to compare them to the structure of other countries. We will combine both by diagraming the Russian and the British structures. I would like you to make a visual representation of these two systems by considering their formal and informal powers, beginning with Russia.With a partner, create a creative visual representation of the Russian system including all listed elements.
