Preparing for testingPutting the pieces of the puzzle together • Team activities prior to testing: • Keeping administration and leadership teams updated on testing calendars • Protocol for release of scores • Pre-Coding verification • Communication of new testing information • 8th grade EOC testing

  4. Encouraging Your CTC Team • Celebrations • Build time into trainings to celebrate successes of previous administrations • Emails to Principals • Handwritten Notes to Campus Test Coordinators • Identify needs and purchase • Tape, pencils, erasers
