    9. Lfgren-Syndrom Symptomtrias: Erythema nodosum, bihilre Lymphadenopathie, Arthritis Hier: symmetrische Lymphknotenschwel-lung des Lungenhilus bei Sarkoidose

    10. Weitere Hauterscheinungsformen Kleinknotig-disseminierte Form Zirzinre Form Groknotige Form Subkutan-knotige Form Narbensarkoidose Anulre und zirzinre Hautsarkoidose

    11. Diagnostik Oft Entdeckung unerkannter Systemerkrankung durch Dermatologen Klinisches Bild Histopathologie: sarkoides Granulom in Corium und Subkutis, bindegewebig eingescheidete Epitheloidzellen Tuberkuloide Anergie

    13. Therapie Nur morbostatisch mglich Hohe Tendenz zur Spontanheilung (> 95%) Interdisziplinre Zusammenarbeit!!! (Systemerkrankung) Systemisch: ACTH, Glukokortikoide Lokaltherapie: Glukokortikoide, evtl. Exzision
