LNCT working methods • LNCT meetings ( 6 per year) covers nursery, primary, secondary and special schools and all grades of staff. • Consult/negotiate education policy, working conditions for teachers and learning conditions for young people • EL&L Working groups • e.g. BBBL, CfE, Recruitment, Parental Involvement. • Regular formal and informal meetings • LNCT Joint Secretaries, Personnel and TU
