3. I. Wyoming State Legislature:Effective Date On March 2, 2009, the Wyoming State Legislature passed
HB 223 Safe Schools Climate Act
4. I. Wyoming State Legislature:Effective Date Requirements The act required that school districts implement district policies prohibiting harassment, bullying and intimidation at school, as prohibited by law under the enacted legislation, as of December 31, 2009

Prohibiting Harassment, Bullying and Intimidation:As used in this act Harassment, intimidation or bullying means any intentional gesture, any intentional electronic communication or any intentional written, verbal, or physical act that a reasonable person under the circumstances should know will have the effect of:
6. II. Prohibiting Harassment, Bullying and Intimidation: As used in this act (A) Harming a student physically or emotionally, damaging a student's property or placing a student in reasonable fear of personal harm or property damage

(B) Insulting or demeaning a student or group of students causing substantial disruption in, or substantial interference with, the orderly operation of the school; or

THREAT/INTIMIDATION (TRE), physical or verbal threat or intimidation

CBL - Cyber Bullying
These added values will be optional for the 2010-2011
collection and required for the 2011-2012 collection.

This includes incidents such as chewing gum, spitting in halls, might include toy guns if they are non-authentic replicas and are not used in a threatening manner Or;
