  2. The FIRST step is to ... Unplug the motor!

  3. Do NOT remove the clamps freeing the brush mechs from the bracket…. …with the lead still connected to brush.

  7. Installing new brush mech.

  8. Slide brush clip between Nylon and Brass

  9. Make certain positioning tab is placed in slot.

  10. Install brush clamp screws

  11. Seat the brushes by opertaing at half voltage for 20-30 minutes. Use two motors in electrical SERIES; 60 volts dropped across each motor.
