  3. Potentially Eligible Investigation and Security Operations Classes: Arson Investigations Skip Tracers Armed Guards Collection Agency Work Drug Searches Repossession Work Polygraph Testing Electronic Sweeps Detective/Security Instruction

  4. Ineligible Investigation and Security Operations classes: Fast Food Restaurant Security Restaurant and/or Tavern Bouncers Labor Dispute Intermediaries Strike Breakers Security Guards – Traffic Control (traffic or pedestrian) Airport Security Bodyguards Government Buildings Contracts with municipalities Shoplifting surveillance and detention School Security Hospital Security

Requirements: Applicant must be in full compliance with all applicable county, state and federal regulations & statutes Coverage will not be offered without a history of license suspension, revocation, or renewal denial, unless there are mitigating circumstances Professional coverage will not be offered unless NSI also writes the GL coverage

  6. Liability Coverage Professional liability Premises, operation, products, and completed operations $100,000 Fire legal liability (higher limits available) $5,000 medical expenses Personal and advertising liability Newly acquired organization – 90 days

  7. Optional Liability Coverages Optional Firearm Coverage Property entrustment $100,000 or $250,000 with $1,000 deductible Employee benefits liability claims-made coverage Employment Practices Liability $100,000 Roll-on $250,000 Roll-on (for qualifying risks) Higher limits available Umbrella – limits up to $10,000,000
