Baseline Report • The State, through its DHHS, has demonstrated good faith efforts in the early stages of this Settlement Agreement. • The State has provided sufficient funding essential to the initial development of the services • In this baseline report, the State has demonstrated its intention of complying with the provisions of the Settlement

  5. Monthly Reporting: Early Lessons Learned • In-reach reasons for withdrawal • Death • Person has diagnosis of Dementia/Alzheimer's • Prioritize who you are providing in reach to – list is over 5000 people • Diversion Reporting

  6. Monthly Reporting • Please make sure to use the final data collection Excel documents that were released on 3/1/13 • These are posted at http://www.ncdhhs.gov/mhddsas/providers/dojsettlement/index.htm.

  7. TYSF • Communications: $2000 viewed as payment to leave ACH • We are working to Amend contracts with Quadel- to allow for change in TYSF from reimbursement to up front allocation with receipts expected. • IPRS dollars could be used while changes to the contract are being worked through.

  8. Quality of Life Survey • Survey Pilot • Coastal Care provided feedback • a final SurveyMax version will be available next week.
