  2. Aim: On the 1st of July 2013 48 trained specialists provide operation of payment collection system.

  3. Objectives: • Promote the vacancy (the employer) in the employment market. • Generate candidate flow. • Create an efficient system of mass selection. • Provide the candidates with sufficient motivation for further training and work.

  4. Positioning the vacancy in the employment market • Foreign company • Salary fixed in foreign currency • Comfortable office in the city center • Hastelesswork with computer • No special qualifications required

  5. Promo-site of the selection event: • Information about the company and working conditions • Requirements for candidates • Information about the date and time of selection events • Application form for the selection event with an option of registering for a particular date (if available).

  7. Requirements for one selection event • Spacious room • 16 computers • Trainer • 2 assistants, to process information about participants’ results on the spot • Obligatory participation of company recruiters

  8. Selection events approximate number • If we choose one out of 5 candidates and we want to hire 48 candidates – we need 240 people at the start. • Technically we can process from 16 to 36 people during one selection event. We should schedule 7-10 selection events.

  9. Selection event plan • Participants are divided into 3 groups, 12 people in each • Each group goes through 3 selection steps one after one: А) group interview B) computer skills test С) motivational business game • All people go through the third stage together • Results are announced at the end of the event Total time: 3-4 hours.

  10. Sample calculation Attracting candidates: • Developing promo-site – 1000$ • Poster design– 70$ • Advertising in the underground (14 days) – 1 500$ • Representation expenses at universities – 500$ • Telephone operator’s work– 200$ Total: 3270$

  11. Sample calculation Organizing and conducting one selection event: • Renting accommodation for 4 hours –200$ • Work of the trainer and two assistants: • Trainer – 4 hours x 50$ –200$ • Assistant 1 – 4 hours х 20$ – 80$ • Assistant 2 – 4 hours х 20$ – 80$ Total : 560$

  12. The price of project management work is negotiated separately.
