The "Fit for Work" program provides prisoners with essential skills for the workplace, facilitating their resettlement into the community. Through five modules—Improving Performance, Self-Management, Motivation, Healthy Lives, and Practical Leadership—participants engage in both classroom and practical activities. With a focus on personal development and vocational training, this initiative aims to create healthier workplaces, increase employability, and offer accredited qualifications. By addressing the needs of vulnerable populations, the program strives to transform lives and foster successful reintegration into society.
