The Premier Bank was established by Dr. H.B.M. Iqbal, Chairman in association with a few successful entrepreneurs from various fields of business activities to fulfill his dream to create a Financial Institution that would stand out from the crowd and meet the demands of 21st century.   12. Analysis of the terms of Management : The Premier Bank In this Bank, decided the board of Directors or Management by owned the number of shares. There were only 11 (eleven) Board of Directors in 2007. But in 2008 number of the Board of Directors has increased from 11 to 16 Directors to make sure better service and quality to the Customers. The bank must be careful not to give up on the quality of service. It provides establishing new banking products to support better service along for the future.
