The means of dissemination project partners have used for the period of four months (between two partner meetings) • GiovanEuropa and Resources Ltd. • Web site • E – mails • Local meetings • Newsletter • Brochures • Klaipeda College of Social Sciences • Production of the leaflet • Article updated on the college’s website www.klsmk.lt after fourth project meeting in Bratislava (Slovakia) under division “News” • Short project presentation for the Mariner’s Wives Union • Centre for Development of Education • Internet – website • Meetings within and outside the organisation • Updating the website www.socimma.com • Newsletter “Work and progress of the project” – February 2006 • Transfer Slovakia Ltd. haven’t prepared report for this period.

The most significant results/benefits gained by organisations at dissemination points of this project period • GiovanEuropa and Resources Ltd. • We have spread information on possible results • We have promoted the European partnership and development possible local partnerships • Klaipeda College of Social Sciences • The most important and significant result is meeting with target audience, because conversations with people are most effective and fruitful way of dissemination. • The involvement and active participation of volunteers in Project Management Centre processes helped to work more productively and spread the information about the project widely than before. • Centre for Development of Education • Newsletter “Work and progress of the project” – February 2006 • Updating of the common website www.socimma.com, in order to: • Bring the new partners of the second year (GoivanEuropa, Italy and Risources Ltd., Italy) in to the project • Show the degree of shared investigations in a common developed European project website • Contact the former Austrian partner to confirm their further interest in the project • Transfer Slovakia Ltd. haven’t prepared report for this period.

  4. Dissemination results of all partners • All the partners used website, leaflets or brochures and newsletters to disseminate the project. It is the most popular, usual way to spread important information to target groups, the audience. • Leaflet or brochure: Italian, Lithuanian partners. • Newsletters and e – mails: partners from Denmark and Italy. • Project website is the dissemination it’s self (administrators are Danish partners) • The most targeted mean of dissemination are meetings, short presentations etc. to the audience. This mean was used by all the partners. • Article as a point of dissemination was written by coordinating institution college of Social Sciences. NOTE: partners should put the project website www.socimma.com and project description firstly in their organisation websites, write articles, meet local newspapers and give information about the project, it’s products, results etc.
