Gene Expression Analysis in Healthy Men and PCa Patients

This study investigates gene expression levels in prostate cancer (PCa) patients compared to healthy men using multiple data sets (PCa-001, PCa-002, Nrml-001, Nrml-002, and b-actin as a control). The exploration of these data provides insights into the molecular differences and potential biomarkers for PCa. The sample group includes men at various stages (1 through 12) to understand the progression of the disease as well as the normal gene expression profile. This research aims to enhance diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for prostate cancer.
