This study presents results from the Global Survey of Psychiatrists' Attitudes Towards Mental Disorders Classification conducted by the Spanish Society of Psychiatry. Data collected from 128 participants between Nov 3, 2010, and Dec 31, 2010, explored their use and perceptions of classification systems, desired categories, usability across cultures, reactions to adverse events, and the need for national classifications. Findings offer insights into the preferences and challenges faced by psychiatrists in Spain.
