Promoting Awareness of Reducing Heavy Bags in Schools

This project aims to raise awareness among students, teachers, and parents about the importance of reducing the weight of school bags to promote better health and wellness. Activities include conducting surveys on bag weights, discussing the benefits of lighter bags, and organizing a seminar for the school community. Participants will share experiences, ask critical questions, and explore the impact of heavy bags on students' health, like backaches. A final wiki will document the journey and findings of this initiative.

  4. DISCUSSION Plane what they want to do in this project and the question they want to ask in the survey the way they will conduct seminar and the points they want to discuss in this seminar.

  5. Conduct the survey of their own school where kids having heavy bags and lights bags also ,, So, aware them the advantages of light bags and disadvantages of heavy bags .they will also conduct survey at the end of the project to find out the changes in the weight of heavy bags …. SURVEY

  6. visit • Visit of model school where students have their cupboard which they put their school work copies. • So, ask a question to them that have u ever fell backache when you hang your bag? • Obviously not…..

  7. INTERNET SURFFING They will collect information about the load of heavy bags and how to reduce the weight….?

  8. SEMINAR Conduct seminar on “AWARENESS OF reducing heavy bags”. Invite children, their parents and their teachers to demonstrate the importance of light bags and its benefits.

  9. WIKI In last create a WIKI in which they write their activities and share their experiences with each other through internet.
