Example within the ULB : FAT Strategic plan Fonds d’appui techno-pédagogique: • Vice-Chancellor’s decision: specific budget • Annual target • In 2004/2005: courses to first year (undergraduates) + huge population • Sélection of 10 projects a year • Use of remunerated students (« jobists ») I have no time enough
