  2. Presentation Advantages : • Present once. You only have to present the information once for all the students to hear it. • Note-taking strategies. Students can use a number of different note-taking strategies to capture the information presented. • Information sources. Technology and media resources can serve as quality information source

  3. Demonstration Advantages: • Seeing before doing. Students benefit by seeing something done before they have to do it themselves. • Task guidance. A teacher can guide a large group of students to complete a task. • Economy of supplies. A limited number of supplies are necessary because not everyone will be handling some materials.

  4. Drill & Practice Advantages: • Coorective feedback. Students get feedback as to the correctness of their responses. • Information chunking. Information is presented in small chunks, giving students chances to review the material in small bits.

  5. Tutorial Advantages: • Independent work. Student can work independently on new material and receive feedback about their progress. • Individualization. Computer-based tutorials can respond to students’ input and direct their study to new topics to continue their study or to remediation for review.
