  1. Volleyball Victory! In volleyball, there are 6 payers on a team, plus one reserve. They are positioned on the court like this: 1 2 3 Jo Maria 7 4 5 6 Reserve Rachel Lynne Reserve Challenge 1 Paula Grace Nichola .... Is to work out all the possible formations for the 3 players on the front line (Maria, Rachel and Lynne). Challenge 2 .... Is to work out all the possible formations for the 4 players on the back line, includingthe reserve (Jo, Nichola, Grace & Paula).

  2. Name:....................................... Volleyball Victory! Your challenge is to find all the possible outcomes/formations for the 3 volleyball players – Maria, Rachel and Lynne. Use the table below to help you. Check you don’t have the same formation twice! TIP! Shorten their names to just initials.
