Patient rests on their left side, right side up. Stance line is set by the zygapophyseal slope of the inferior segment. Stand in front of the patient with shoulders parallel to the slope. Right Ulna parallel to the slope. Contact the anterior-superior zygapophysis. Tissue Pull is A-P, S-I with Clockwise pre-torque. Use 90o toggle torque.
