  1. Jack Barber Racing This picture shows us in the lead! Would you like to take the lead of your particular market? Read on if you do.

  2. Who are we? • Jack Barber Racing is a family run kart racing team based near Billingshurst in West Sussex. We currently race in the Junior Max category at circuits across the south of England. Our Main circuit is the Forest Edge kart track which is in close proximity to Andover. The team consists of driver Jack Barber, Mechanic John Yates and team manager Gail Barber.

  3. Circuits we race at and travel to • Forest edge kart club near Andover in Hampshire. • Camberley kart club in surrey • We have also been to circuits such as Whilton Mill in Northamptonshire and Clay pigeon raceway in Dorset. • As you can see some of these are hundreds of miles away from our team base in Sussex.

  4. The team results so far • Camberley kart club Honda cadet category vice Champion 2009 and 2010. • Forest Edge Kart club Honda cadet 5th place 2010 • These results were achieved despite the team only being in karting for 2 years and on a very limited budget!

  5. What are our aims for 2012? • In 2012 we have decided to compete in the forest edge kart club Junior Rotax championship. This will be supported by partial campaigns at circuits such as clay pigeon and whilton mill. These meetings have been selected as they all provide maximum exposure as many teams and drivers from across the country will be competing in them. Please find our full 2012 calendar enclosed.

  6. The teams future ambitions • As a team we are looking to further build on our current results and win more races and championships. Of course Jacks main ambition is to get himself higher up the motorsport ladder, and obviously his main drive is towards formula 1. However all of this isn't possible without financial support, because, as you probably know, motorsport is incredibly expensive. This is where you could help us and also help increase your business appeal......

  7. Why Sponsor our team?Promotion PromotionPromotion • If you invest in our team you will gain a substantial amount of promotion for your company. This could include being mentioned in articles in newspapers about our progress or indeed your company logo on our team vehicle and kart. We could also use our website and face book pages in order to help promote your company on the worldwide web. This would help you because your company would be exposed to a lot of people that could be interested in your business as we race at some of the most popular tracks in the united kingdom and travel massive amounts of miles per year to get to them. In addition we are looking to compete in meetings that are televised which will further increase your exposure country wide. A sponsorship deal with us, could also allow you the use of Jack and his kart for promotional and customer events.

  8. What would we do with your Sponsorship? • At the present we are looking to expand our race program to include national championship rounds which would further increase your exposure via TV coverage, miles travelled e.t.c. In addition we are looking to upgrade our equipment as currently we are struggling to compete with better funded teams on newer, faster equipment. This would allow us to achieve better results which would mean a better image for your business. Continue reading for some idea of the costs to the team in order to compete in karting.

  9. What are we looking for? • We have a range of sponsorship options that you could choose to take: • Bronze investment scheme: includes company logos on team vehicle and kart, as well as inclusion in promotional material(such as karting magazines and newspaper articles) = £1000 per annum • Silver investment scheme: As above plus logos on race were e.g. visor strip, suit patches e.t.c. = £1,200 per annum • Gold sponsorship scheme: as above but with a full kart, vehicle and race wear livery = £1,500 per annum (This package is exclusive to one company per annum only so don't miss out) • Please note that all these packages allow for use of Jack and the team kart for promotional use at company events, as well as website and website and face book logos for a small extra charge. Please also note that these packages are negotiable. • You can also make a donation to the team via the website by clicking on ‘sponsorship’ and then clicking on ‘Donate to us now’

  10. Don’t miss out • This could be a massive opportunity to branch out for your business. Just imagine the shear amount of exposure and the massive benefit of getting your clients involved as-well.
