  2. Seminary Mission Fund Preparation Phase • Speak with your Pastor. Show him the VIDEO on the State website. • Select the form of fundraiser your Council will hold. • Set the date. • Advertise in the Parish bulletin.

  3. Seminary Mission Fund Implementation Phase • If holding an envelope drive, have Knights at every door of the Church handing out the envelopes. Be on hand after Mass to collect the envelopes. • If holding a second collection, ask the pastor to have a special announcement reminding parishioners about the Mission Fund collection. • If not holding a Church collection, hold the fundraiser that your Council has planned.

  4. Seminary Mission Fund Follow-Up Phase • Deposit the money collected into the Council account. • Recover any Council expenses incurred for the program. • Write a council check for the “Net amount“ to: • Louisiana State Knights of Columbus • (Put Seminary Mission Fund and Diocese in memo line) • Send council check to: Seminary Mission Fund Program 123 Iroquois Dr. Abita Springs, LA 70420
