SOUTH AFRICA PRIESKA PROJECT • Project covers 7,000 ha • Prospecting permit awarded April 2004 • Focus on 6 kimberlite anomalies distinctly separate from known intrusions • Kimberlite confirmed in 2 drill holes from one of the anomalies • 100 garnets were probed - 40% indicate Ca-poor harzburgitic high diamond potential source • Further drilling to commence shortly

SOUTH AFRICA HOPE PROJECT • Permit covers 1,110 ha • Prospecting permit awarded April 2004 • Positioned along same structural lineament that hosts the rich Marsfontein mine • Soil and stream sampling identified new kimberlite cluster • G10 garnets indicate diamondiferous kimberlites • Airborne survey completed • Drilling to commence shortly
