To reach the target, policy has to be understood, shared and accepted by every one. Objectives - Year 2010 • The top management of JAPL indicated the following intents: • Aspire to be the model plant for overseas plants. • To receive quality award from Customer. • Maximize the synergic effect of intercultural company. • No. 1 profitability in the world. • The number one plant for job satisfaction in the world. • Objectives • Safety : Work injuries 0 case • Quality : 0km Customer Claim 4 cases claims A7 / A58 project 10 ppm claims B0 project 6 ppm claims 410W, 427W, 472 projects 15 ppm claims X90 project12 ppm supplier claims max. 12 ppm • Production : Beikido ritsu (MS lines)97% Bekido ritsu (EPS lines) 95% Chokko ritsu 100% scrap cost rate max. 0.05% Rate of stops due to breakdown max. 1% • Stock :Finished goods2,6 days Components4,8 days Site Management commits to make available means and resources needed to reach these objectives and asks everybody to apply this policy in order to contribute to Customer Satisfaction.
