Exploring the Integration Principle • EC is attached to one or two MH treatment teams, from which 90-100% of the EC’s caseload is comprised • EC attends weekly MH treatment team meetings • EC participates actively in treatment team meetings with shared decision making • Employment services documentation is integrated into clients mental health plan • EC’s office is in close proximity/ shared with their MH treatment team members • EC helps the team think about employment for people who haven’t yet been referred to supported employment services
