  2. Grades – Grade Collection Grades page changes to allow dynamic collection of columns. Columns can be calculated and calculations can be setup in SIS>School>Grade Collection setup screen.

Clinic and Class Hours Tracking -Ability to track Clinic and Class minutes missed by turning on the Class hours column in GB via system parameters.   This is used most often when teachers want to differentiate attendance/time of missed instruction or lab/clinic time. -Controlled by school using ‘Class Hours’ flag in SIS to show in GB. -Report ‘Clinic and Class Hours to date’ in SIS displays totals for Minutes missed in classroom.

  5. Skills -Skills page can now have skills flagged as gray (n/a) while other skills are collected -Added keyboard navigation to skills pages in GB and SIS -Added 'previous' and 'next' buttons to skills screen to allow user to scroll through list of students

  6. User Options -New options for assignment defaults: 'Bonus points','GradeCalc' and 'PP view', 'Disp Term Final' -User setting options: Show Student Picture on Hover Student Name

  7. Gradebook Setup Screen -Ability for a teacher to re-name a class.  Helps elementary specials teachers (art, music, pe) with organizing the many sections they end up having. -Recalc GB Avg Option.

Other New Features: -Display system messages setup in SIS upon login. -Elementary report card uses yearly based message maintained in SIS>School>Year/Term/GP page -4 GP per term -Using the Crown to change user displays using the selected users security rights and not the administrators. -All plus symbols’+’ used for adding records have been replaced with <Add> button. -Gradebook now highlights the active cell. -Gradebook allows pagination without saving. Save required when leaving the page. -Option to display attendance on the grades page. -Time restriction added for grade collection. -Time restriction added for course section - attendance.
