Federal Transit Administration (FTA) • States “Transit providers shall prepare demographic and service profile maps and charts after each decennial census and prior to proposed service reductions or eliminations.” • Title VI Program Plan: must be submitted to FTA every three years and must be approved by board of directors or appropriate governing entity prior to submission to FTA. • Transit providers that have implemented or will implement a New Start, Small Start, or other new fixed guideway capital project shall conduct a service and fare equity analysis. • Require maps displaying transit base data, demographic profile data and transit facilities
