  3. A STRONG Strategic Plan • All priority areas and strategies fit together • Thoughtful and thorough w/ stakeholder input • Considerations and projections based on a thorough SWOT analysis • Positions BOD & Management to be able to effectively prioritize

Process at a Glance • Engaged Pacific Health Consulting (June- Dec.) • Market and research analysis (June- Sept.) • Engage NCHS BOD members and key stakeholders (July-Sept.) • Interviews • Surveys • Focus Groups • CET Planning Sessions (Aug.-Sept.) • 1st draft of SP BOD Retreat (Oct.) • 2nd draft of Strategic Plan (Nov.) • Final draft of Strategic Plan (Dec.) Simultaneously, we will develop the 2019 Budget and OBP!

Key Stakeholder Input • NCHS Board of Directors • Strategic Planning Committee (SPC) Board Members include: • Don Stump, Andy Rinde, Adriana Paulson, Carmen Amigon, Steve Kildoo, Andres Martin and Karen Pearson • Survey completed by 8 BOD members Community & Patient Input • Stakeholder interviews with: • Interfaith • Be There • IEHP • 211 San Diego • Reach Out were • County of San Diego • PAC focus group held on August 23rd • Total of 199 patient survey responses

  6. Key Stakeholder Input • NCHS Staff • Focus groups included: • Lead Clinicians • Key Leadership Team • Inland and Coastal Staff • Total of +460 staff survey responses • CET Planning Sessions (4)

  7. Current Status • 1st Draft of Framework is Complete • BOD SPC reviewed • CET reviewed • 2nd Draft of Framework is In-Progress • Full BOD will review Framework at BOD Retreat (10/12 & 10/13)
