INTERLOCK PLUS KEY FEATURES • Easier mounting: rubber friendly negative groove insert profile • High resistance to severe working conditions and impulse performance with cold restarts: PATENTED Optional additional O-Ring on insert • Lower pressure losses: up to 15% (fitting bore increased on DN 19, 25, 31, 38) • ISO style O-Ring groove: better sealing and universal compliance with international specifications (including SAE) • Easier installation with counter spanner, thanks to increased counter hexagon length • Lead-free steel: ecological compatibility, recycling, projected to future requirements, compliant to new coming legislations and relevant OEMs requirements, e.g. Komatsu • Lower sensitivity to crimping diameter variations in proximity of defined crimping diameter, compared to old IL • Increased corrosion resistance (up to 300 hours before white rusting in insert body according to ASTM B117 method)

INTERLOCK PLUS KEY FEATURES • Larger product range of termination ends • Improved system new IP fitting & new NBR tube, design hose-fitting integrated • Better suitability of NBR tube for heavy duty wire spiral hoses (improved chemical compatibility with oils) • Increased fatigue performance in severe long term applications • Future Range Vision: new InterLock Plus will substitute also Xtralock, to have a new unique reliable and cost saving solution also for Diamondspir • InterLock Plus lab tested up to 2 million impulse cycles with GoldenISO/45 LongLife • Same pricing policy: no increase of costs, rather of performance

INTERLOCK PLUS PHASE-IN and PHASE-OUT PROCESS • Interlock Plus can be ordered effective from 1st April 2010 (also via web) • Fast movers references will be already available on stock effective from 1st April 2010 • Interlock phase out will last 6 months (up to 30.09) • Old Interlock will be available on Manuli On-Line store till 30.06 • Starting from 01.07 all orders on old Interlock will be subject to analysis on stock availability.
