I can approach them more easily now Talking to staff made me realise how much work goes into feedback The nature of the project using staff student collaboration is innovative and I would like to see it become normal I was surprised how comfortable it was collaborating with staff B C D A Student Researchers FFL has raised the whole profile and concept of using students as researchers who run the project with you I have now realised that students can be catalysts for engagement and make a difference. It has changed me dramatically.. Working with students on this level has been huge fun Flattening structures and working with students rather than for students, enables them to raise their game, skills and knowledge Views from staff across a Faculty (3 schools)
