This report presents the status of Internet number resources as of December 31, 2005, compiled by Regional Internet Registries (RIRs) including AFRINIC, APNIC, ARIN, LACNIC, and RIPE NCC. It covers IPv4 address space allocation, ASN assignments, and IPv6 allocations with a cumulative total from January 1999 to December 2005. Active policy discussions are highlighted, including customer privacy and 4-byte ASN proposals. Participation from the community is essential for the development of open and transparent policies.
