Job Descriptions • Employs conventional and unconventional warfare tactics and techniques in individual and small unit infantry operations. • Trains and maintains proficiency in all Major Duties- Employs highly demanding conventional and high-risk unconventional warfare tactics and techniques in the employment of individual domestic, foreign small arms, light and heavy crew served weapons, anti-aircraft and anti-armor weapons • -Evaluates terrain, selects weapons emplacements, sites, and assigns targets and areas of fire.   3. Salary/Benefits • Enlistment bonus of$ 7,000, and up to $81,000 to further your education. Starts at pay grade E-4, which is $1,663 a month, minus special pay bonuses if you are serving active. • 30 days vacation, also complete medical and dental care. Ethan Druin

  4. Education/Qualifications • Red/green color discrimination • Must be US citizen • Pay grade between E-4 and E-7 • Cannot be convicted of court martial • Must be able to swim 50 meters in boots and BDU’s. Ethan Druin

Employment Outlook • -3 weeks of Airborne (parachute) Training • -4 weeks at the Special Operations Preparation Course • -30 days of Special Forces Assessment and Selection • -40 days, Special Forces Qualification Course, Phase I • -24 weeks, Special Forces Qualification Course, Phase 2 • -38 days, Special Forces Qualification Course, Phase 3 • -4 to 6 months (depending on language) • Has a very high wash out rate Ethan Druin
