  2. What is Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes? Type 1 Diabetes Type 2 Diabetes This type of Diabetes is when insulin cannot be produced from the pancreas . This Diabetes Type can be controlled with insulin. This Type of Diabetes can also be controlled with diet. This type of Diabetes is when insulin is produced from the pancreas but is not accepted. This Type of Diabetes cannot be controlled with insulin. This Type of Diabetes can be controlled with diet and medication
