  4. Many students feel that young people are treated like second-class citizens, with few of the legal rights and social privileges that adults enjoy. In recent years, students have protested curfew laws, stricter driving regulations, and rules banning groups of teens from public places. Imagine that our city council is discussing a new regulation of this type and has invited student representatives to testify before them. Write a speech to persuade them that young people should not have their rights restricted. In your speech, use each of the persuasive techniques you have learned about in this unit. Prompt
