Chief executive officer- Paris Wilhite • There is relatively a small segment of leaders in the non-profit organization world; individuals who have the ability to build relationships, rapport, and trust with almost anyone, and then able to build the relationships and make connections between people, creating partnerships and alliances, and motivating forward momentum to “get things done.” Paris Whilhite is one of those people, that “gets things done” and creates results through collaboration, partnerships and relationships with an enthusiastic and genuinely personable attitude. Mrs. Wilhite radiates a sincere passion for delivering valued services and benefits to those she’s served. • A counselor by training, Mrs. Wilhite earned her B.A. in Social Work and Human Services (Scholars Diploma) from Lewis University in 2000. She then went on to pursue higher education and earned her Master’s Degree in Counseling and Human Services from National Louis University. Mrs. Wilhite accelerated over the last 8 years to the executive level reaching almost 20 years of experience working and serving in Social Work and Human Services with public and non-profit organizations. She was awarded the Whitney Young Social Worker Award by the Scholars Council of Lewis University May of 1999. A native of Joliet, Illinois, Mrs. Wilhite resides in Plainfield, IL with her husband and daughter. With her great deal of values and expertise in the field of Social Work, Mrs. Wilhite continues to extend her hand beyond belief.

3. Chief operating officer- Jennifer B. Young • Jennifer B. Young is a Registered Psychotherapist who has over 15 years of experience in the counseling field. She has worked in the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment’s (CDLE) Veterans Program for over five years, as a Disabled Veterans Outreach Program (DVOP) specialist; she has provided case management services to appropriate veteran clients, conducted client assessments, job development, ongoing employment counseling, adjustment counseling, vocational guidance/support, interviews to determine veterans’ qualifications, skills and needs, as well as participant follow-up. Jennifer provided effective solutions for veterans to overcome identified barriers to employment. She was awarded the Colorado American Legion’s DVOP of the Year honors for her work in 2012. • Jennifer worked as a volunteer at the Denver Rescue Mission, mentoring singles, families, and seniors in becoming self-sufficient; as a part of Colorado Mayor’s “Homeless Initiative Program.” She was awarded a Service Award, honors for her work in 2010. A Counselor and certified Global Career Development Facilitator by training, Jennifer earned her M.A. in Counseling and a B.S. in Organizational Management and a Minor in Psychology from Colorado Christian University. In 2012 Jennifer opened a private practice; (Heart to Hearts Counseling LLC.) • Jennifer is an honorably discharged veteran, who served in the United States Army. She is an active member of the American Counseling Association, Illinois Counseling Association, Colorado Counseling Association, and Colorado Career Development Counseling Association. Jennifer served as a Colorado DECA Judge for District 1 and District 2, and has set on the Colorado Department of Labor Oral Interview Board. • A native of Joliet, Illinois, Jennifer have returned to her homeland to serve veterans and those who are experiencing life’s transitions-as Chief Operating Officer for a non-profit organization, “Bounce Back Social Services.”

MISSION STATEMENT • Bounce Back Social Services mission is to provide direct assistance to American military veterans, their families, women, infants, children, young males, and members of the general public with services that will help them to become renewed, revived and restored to recover from life’s issues and circumstances. WE can do it TOGETHER!!

11. Vision Statement • Bounce Back Social Services vision is to enhance and equip those we serve with the training and skills to recover sufficiently to put themselves back in motion (back in play). Put me back in the game Coach!!

13. STAFF • Major Wilhite (Mental Health Counselor)- Earned his BSN in Nursing from Andrew University in BerrinSprings, Michigan. He served 6.5 years in the Airforce as a Captain and 6.5 years in the Army as a Major. He is a Register Nurse in IL, District of Columbia, and New York. • Runnell Townsend Jr. (Community Program Manager)- Earned his Bachelors of Science in Community Health with a concentration in Health Administration, Rehabilitation, and Health Education at the University of Illinois @ Urbana-Champaign. Immediately after, he went on to earn his Master of Science in Public Health concentrating in Community Health and Policy. Runnell is a military dependent in the Army branch.
