  2. People Involved in the Wetland Project • Students of Rowan County Middle School • Mr. Jay Padula • Ms. Jennifer Pecco • Mr. Thomas Biebighauser • These people will be assisting in the Wetland Project.

  3. Where RCMS Wetland Will Be Wetland locations #1 and 2 Wetland location #3

  4. Brief Description of Wetland Project • There will be three wetlands • They will be approximately 20 x 30 feet to 30 x 40 feet in size • They will be less than 15 inches deep • The slopes around the wetland will be gradual 5-percent or less

  5. Construction Requirements • Rowan County Floodplain coordinator, Mr. Bobby Wells was contacted • No floodplain permits needed • Excavation will be completed in one day, and supervised by Tom Biebighauser
