Green Building Rating Systems • Certification level • Complies with regulations stemming from EPAct 2005 and EISA 2007 • Complies with EO 13423 • Self-certification • FEMP has to approve • Agencies would certify internal reviewers • Judge buildings against the Guiding Principles NC / MR • At least 5% of certified buildings annually done through a system compliant with the six criteria on the previous slide 2010 FIMS / RE Workshop
