Fundraising Guidelines. There are three primary methods for supplemental Flame Fastpitch funds. Corporate Sponsorships at the following levels: $25,000 – Elite Platinum Naming Sponsor (supports the Flame organization; acquiring team gets $1000 & the girl gets a free bat)

  1. Fundraising Guidelines • There are three primary methods for supplemental Flame Fastpitch funds. • Corporate Sponsorships at the following levels: • $25,000 – Elite Platinum Naming Sponsor (supports the Flame organization; acquiring team gets $1000 & the girl gets a free bat) • $10,000 – Elite Sponsor (supports the Flame organization) • $5,000 – Home Run Sponsor (supports an individual team) • $1,000 – Triple Play Sponsor (supports an individual team) • $500 – Double Play Sponsor (support an individual team) • Any in-kind amount or items such as food, beverage, equipment, photography, etc • - Click here for the Corporate Sponsorship Letter with details. • - Click here for Checklist of steps once you get a sponsor. • - Email the Fundraising Committee if you have any questions or would like assistance in helping to close any sponsorship opportunities. • Two Flame Organizational fundraising events per year. All teams shall participate. 2013 events include: • Flame Invitational Softball Tournament (Sept) • - Team Fees, Concessions, T-shirt sales, etc. • Santa’s Christmas Tree, Wreath & Garland sales (Oct-Dec) • Individual team fundraising activities of their choice. The Committee recommends teams do no more than two additional events per year. • Click here for a list fundraising ideas

Team Fundraising Ideas • Email the Fundraising Committee if you would like more details or contact information on any of these ideas. • Poker Tournament • Silent Auction • Sell Jamba Juice cards • Sell Butter Braids • Sell cases of fruit • Sell popcorn • Work at Mariner’s or Sounder’s Game booth • Skills Camp (fielding, throwing, and/or batting) for young potential players • Sell raffle tickets for a give-away (e.g. X-box console, side of beef, weekend get-away, etc.) • Add to the list by emailing your ideas to FlameFastpitchFundraising@gmail.com
