  1. Two New TERA Modules • ACAP – IACUC protocol submission and approval • ACIM – LACU billing: per diem, animal orders, and vet charges

ACAP Milestones September 1, 2012- 90 day notice were sent to PI with protocols expiring in December -- This group of people will renew in ACAP – new system -- In process and revisions will continue to be done in NHCOMP (old system)October 1, 2012- 90 day notice will be sent to PI with protocols expiring in January -- This group of people will renew in ACAP  -- In process and revisions will continue to be done in NHCOMP (old system)November 1, 2012- All users will use ACAP for new, renewal, and major revision protocol submission

  3. ACIM Milestones OctoberInitial billing for RBL facility Finalization of billing documentsNovember - JanuaryBilling for LACU rolled to remaining buildings

What it means to you • Statements will have different format • We will be soliciting comments on statement content and format • Protocol number is major identifier • DCM number will no longer be used • WBS elements are linked to protocol for animal orders and/or per diem charges • Live expense data may be reviewed prior to billing cutoff • Statement notifications will arrive via email • Statements will eventually post directly to IRIS • Watch for emails about future training opportunities
