GOALS • ELABORATION OF COMPETENCE PROFILES OF OPERATORS • DEVELOPMENT OF 40 MULTI MEDIA MODULES FOR OPERATORS (English, German, French and Dutch) • NEW INNOVATIVE WAYS OF BLENDED LEARNING / GUIDED SELF STUDY AT MILL SITES • REDUCTION OF CLASSROOM TRAINING • INCORPORATION OF A EUROPEAN DISTRIBUTION CENTER
