  26. THE PREAMBLE Teachers are duly licensed professionals who possess dignity and reputation with high moral values as well as technical and professional competence. In the practice of their noble profession, the strictly adhere to observe and practice this set of ethical and moral principles, standards and values. Code of Ethics For Professional Teachers Resolution No. 435 Series 1997 Article II RA No. 7836 – Philippine Teachers Professionalization Act 1994, par. (a) Section 6 PD No. 223 as amended.
