Insights and Strategies from My Stock Market Game Experience - December 2009

In December 2009, I immersed myself in the Stock Market Game, developing a diverse portfolio by investing across various industries. Throughout the game, I tracked the performance of key stocks like AT&T, Nordstrom, McDonald's, Nike, Visa, and Verizon, observing their closing prices over several weeks. I learned valuable investment strategies, particularly the influence of seasonal sales on stock performance during the holidays. This experience equipped me with essential knowledge on stock metrics like P/E ratios and beta numbers, which will guide my future investments.
